Objective

The objective of the Fund is to achieve capital growth over the medium to long term period by investing in a diversified portfolio of Shariah-compliant securities listed on global markets.

Asset Allocation

Under normal circumstances, allocation to Shariah-compliant equities and Shariahcompliant equity related securities ranges between 70% and 99.5% of the NAV of the Fund. The remaining will be invested in Islamic money market instruments, Islamic deposit placements and/or other Shariah-compliant permitted investments.

The equity allocation may be reviewed from time to time depending on the global, regional and local economic as well as equity market conditions. This includes assessing the relevant political, economic and business environment prior to making investment decisions.
